I don't usually bother with reviews. But I have dealt with this company a few times over the past decade. And they are just a delight, every time. Friendly, helpful, personable. Nothing is an issue. They give you that family-run-business kind of customer service, that you forget was a thing when dealing with large companies. It's refreshing when someone answers the phone, and doesn't sound like you're punishing them for calling. 5 star service without a doubt.

We rented a fridge from these folk for a few .months and it was so great to deal with Sandra and Gary. We started with a smaller fridge but realised we needed something bigger and it was really easy to upgrade. Great value for money and no hassles. Highly recommended.

My washer broke on a Saturday morning which was a complete disaster as I had family coming to stay and a bunch of bedding to get completed before they arrived. I applied online with a4r and by 2pm the same day I had a washer and dryer delivered and installed. The lady on the phone was super helpful and when it came to delivery time the man was extremely helpful, installed everything for me and checked it was all running. Couldn't ask for better service if I tried.
