J.We had an Award induction hob that we bought through Smiths Outlet. It was no longer manufactured and parts very difficult to source. Tony, Awards' hob guru (!) really went above and beyond. He supplied a replacement hob while he tried to fix ours and source spares. Unfortunately the lack of a part, no longer made, resulting in us getting another hob. If you do buy from Award the after service is exemplary. Thanks for trying... 👍
