j.Having purchase a new mattress I realized after the warranty period had expired it just wasnt the correct bed for us.Nervously I contacted Micheal who sorted the issue with head office and we started again finding the correct one or us. The mistake had been mine. Micheal has a depth of knowledge re his products and there was never any issues over my mistake. I was always made to feel like a valued customer. Thankyou Micheal and Back to Beds.
e.This place is amazing! The staff are friendly and know their stuff, their opinions are honest and with the right intentions of you getting the perfect bed for you. And then there’s the delivery of the bed, the guys who do that are also lovely and do a great job. I definitely would go back to the staff at back to bed for my next bed.
