n.From my experience, I would say it does good. The day I visited there made me impressed of the two staff members who served me at the reception and blood report. I just went 5 minutes before 5pm as I hardly could make it as I was working till 4.30pm at my work place. But they served me with no fussy faces.. It is near CHC hospital in the city. Parking would be an issue. So, the best would be to hire a taxi

J.There is no parking in the public parking area. My guess it's used by load of selfish / lazy hospital visitors. Otherwise great super quick service.
M.Didn't even know my blood was gone lol was so fast and painless! Very nice too considering the screaming babies everywhere lol
J.Usually quickly in and out. One occasion it was packed. Parking is not good at the Hagley branch. Some testing can only be done on certain days and times. So ensure you know this to avoid disappointment. Especially if you go on a Saturday.

S.Its nice when you arrive early and it's always warm and cosy. Always a car park available as it's a quick service. Nurses are friendly so all round a comfortable visit.

M.It's hard to rate a phlebotomist. Like, "yeah, they stuck a needle in my arm and took some blood: it was awesome.....".
B.Went for Covid testing the staff were great very helpful as was the security guard who directed me to where I needed to go.
S.They were really good with my son. Had a lot of patience and gave him stickers after the blood test.
