A.The geotechnical engineers at Cephas Rock are the real experts in the field. They provide accurate and timely reports. Not only they are approachable but they are also able to meet deadlines and provide the best solutions for their clients.
P.For the last 10 years Joshua and his team have completed over 500 foundation designs in Canterbury for TC1, TC2 and TC3 sites for all our buildings, these include garages, sleepouts, dwellings and commercial buildings.
Over this time the designs have been fairly standard and very cost effective making it easy to provide reasonably accurate foundation costs to the client before the design has been received. Their service and communication over the years has been excellent and hard to fault.
