I am a very active person so finding time to relax is hard for me. I really enjoyed my float, it took me a little bit to complexly relax and with the option to have the music throughout my float was a great idea. I left feeling amazing and chilled out. Thoroughly enjoyed my time yesterday.

I loved my float at cloud9. The staff member that greeted me was professional and friendly. As they have all been over the last 4 months. Their knowledge set me up for a relaxing hour floating. In today’s stressful world taking time out to de stress and relax mind and body is so worth the investment. Give cloud9 a call, we are worth it.

Always LOVE the FLOAT experience and wish I could start with one each day Nathalie was lovely as was Sam so I felt really pampered before and after my float :) Definitely on CLOUD 9 for the rest of the week..........

We did a valentines day special and it was our first time floating. Beautiful environment and nice staff. I was hot and discovered afterwards floated the wrong way around. Good products to wash salt off and body feels good afterwards.

Love every floating experience. So good to switch off and then reconnect with new eyes. Thoroughly recommend Cloud 9. Beautiful ambience and customer service is A+.

The experience just gets better and better each time. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The facilities are clean and tidy. The product provided in the facilities smell amazing too. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs some time for themselves.

Wonderful experience. Felt extremely welcomed, as this was my first time everything was explained thoroughly and in such a peaceful way. The room was beautifully set up and very clean. Best hour and a half I have set aside for myself. Came away relaxed and skin felt amazing the next day

This was my first time here, I had received a gift voucher from my children. Was a fantastic experience, very relaxing and I certainly came away feeling very at easy. Excellent service by Charlotte also, and super impressed with the cleanliness of both the reception area and the alpine room. Will definitely be back.

Time for me. Very relaxing. Shower and powder room (hair dryer / straightener etc) was almost as relaxing as the float! Great staff.

I won a gift card through f45, then ended up leaving as a member. In such a noisy world I feel as though we need to invest more in treating our bodies as they do so much to get us through the craziness that is life. I liken my experience in float tank to when you were younger and at the pools you use to just float around EXCEPT in the float tank it is peaceful, the water is warm and beneficial for helping body release some of the tense you have picked up. I enjoy this treat of mine, the staff are friendly and answer any concerns or just like to have good chat. The establishment itself is so well presented and the products are amazing I have now become a sukin fan. Whats the harm in trying it out :)

Great place to visit to relax and recharge. Sensory deprivation is the key to reset and get rid of stress. The facility is nice, and the high quality shower products for before and after are lovely as well. Go here to treat yourself, and walk out feeling revitalized.

I went for a float today and it was amazing! Right from the start the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The float itself was so relaxing and the facilities available were awesome, I especially loved the sukin products available. Upon finishing my float I was greeted with a herbal tea and lovely chat with the staff and owner. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone and can't wait to go back myself. Thanks so much for such an amazing service

Amazing experience! Gets better every time too, the staff are always welcoming and helpful, the atmosphere sets me at ease as soon as I walk in the door and I always leave with a post glow float. Definitely enjoy a tea afterwards and read the books they have to ground yourself after a float it's so great!

Enjoyed a first float with my husband. Recommended by a West Coast friend, we were not disappointed. Equivalent to the relaxation of a weekend at Hanmer Spring, after only 1 hour!

An amazing experience. It took some effort to focus on my breathing and let my thoughts go, but I came out feeling so so calm. Excellent service, I didn't want to leave!!

Everything was just wonderful. The staff member was so lovely and welcoming and made me feel relaxed. The float was so incredible and the premises was clean and beautiful . Loved all the Sukin products. Just bought a voucher for my partner to try. Will be back for some more floats.

Amazing place, amazing experience and fantastic team. I'm hooked on float, and the atmosphere at Cloud9 make the experience that much more rejuvenating. If you haven't tried floating, or are a little nervous, definitely give it a go, because it's incredible.

Friendly staff, calm modern facility ready to take you into another realm, and if you're lucky you can meet Me Brown the dog!

Really well set up. Friendly team. Relaxed and professional. The float club is a good deal.

Partner and I came here this evening, place is amazing, staff were friendly, rooms are super clean, tidy and modern. All kinds of products and towels for you to use. Was super relaxing. Both had a great time. Will be back again soon.

A great way to de-stress/ meditate/ have time out in a weightless position. I find the best experience I have is after fitness. A quiet oasis in these busy times.

Great float as nice as the Queenstown place and very helpful staff

I've been to a few of these before but the room hosting the baths are easily the nicest I've experienced. Plenty of instructions from staff and signs with showers, toilets and creams for a truly relaxing experience. Will certainly be back

The float was great, I had recently pulled muscles in my lower back. The float took the weight of my back and helped relieve some of the tension

Surprisingly great benefit came from floating! I wanted to have the experience of floating as I like to try out new things and as I’m a busy thinker and don’t like yoga 😂. I fell immidiately asleep 🤔 and woke up because of the music! . The night after the float, I definitely slept really deeply for a 7 hours straight!! I noticed during the days afterwards, I had better nights sleep... blissful! Thanks to my sistergirl Ang and the great team at Cloud9! Super experience, highly recommended! ❤️

You guys are awesome! It was my second time today, and a lot more to come 😄. When you arrive you get very relaxed by the atmosphere. My second float was different, I don't think I fell asleep and snored haha, but I still emerged reenergised and invigorated. I don't think I can describe this kind of serenity you get in details, i think you all should try it,all of you. And if you're claustrophobic leave the light on but like me on the first time, you'll soon turn it off ❤ enjoy xxx

The most relaxing and calming 90 minutes I have ever had starting with amazing shower to start with then the float and then another shower with the big dumper shower head and the amazing products for you to use.Laura was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything before my first float.Highly recommend this for everyone to try will definitely be booking in again .Thank you Laura .👍🤗

OMG OMG OMG I thought I could NEVER be so relaxed, I was so wrong!! From the welcome when I first walked in, to the goodbye when I left (though I hear you have green tea.... I seemed to miss out on this!!) anyway next time huh. The whole experience was amazing and I can't encourage people more to DO IT! Floating IS a must - the amenities are fabulous and well thought out - AWESOME. Thank you.....just about to book my next visit. Regards Deb

Extremely relaxing.....they need to provide two towels....one for hair and one for body. Also it would be great if there were a mirror in the room....to take off make up etc.
