We have requested a repair of snapped spring on one side of the garage door and Colin was very helpful and fast to do the job next day. And we were so surprised how reasonable the repair fee was as it says on their advertise "affordable repair rates", because different company charged us nearly double when we had same problem on the other side of the door before! We are so pleased we found Colin and Garage Door Doctor, will definitely back to this company again if we have problem with the garage door. Thank you so much Colin for your great job :)
