P. S.Not even close to the haircut I have asked, she only understood number 1 on the sides. Even showed her the picture of the cut that I wanted before haircut, not going back.

The staff always welcome me with a smile, and the waiting time barely exists. I have never been disappointed with a haircut here, and I value the connection I now have with the barber. 100% recommend!

L. R.Very good hairdresser - definitely my first choice when I need a haircut. My partner and I have both been here several times and Hair&Co never disappoints. The waiting times are pleasantly short, especially on weekdays, and the staff are very friendly, albeit a bit quiet.
The prices are about average, though the hairdresser that cut our hair was very quick and very skilled! He was a blonde asian man, I'm not sure what his name was, but he does an amazing job every time!
I would definitely recommend Hair&Co for affordable, quality haircuts.

m.It was first time to visit me and my husband. Fortunately there was only one customer doing cutting my husband got a cut with other hairdresser immediately. Male hairdresser gently asked how my husband wanted to get a cut and nicely gave us suggestion for his face shape. :) we agreed what he offered after done we really loved his job. We are quite happy to come back regularly.
And I also met my regular hairdresser accidentally. Who is working there as a team member now. She used to be running own her hair salon before the Earthquake in the city. I was so glad to see her back and happily go back to her one of customer. She is one of my trustable hairdresser.
However it wasn't expensive than I expected, because it is Riccarton mall. Strongly Recommended 👍hard to wrong here.

K. J.Lesson: When communicating with some of the stylist, be very clear as some of them do not follow what the client wants.
Please note that there are other hairdressers at this salon who are very skilled and talented at what they do.

A. s.I took my daughter here for a hair cut and colour. They did a fantastic job. She asked for two colors after a big cut and they were very friendly and helpful. We showed up early and she was taken back right away 20 minutes before our appointment. We will be coming back here! The customer service and even the price (though expensive) was worth it.
X.Most of the hairstylists here are alright. The prices can be a bit random, for the same haircut sometimes it's $30, sometimes $45, sometimes somewhere between. The listed prices are the minimum, not the actual prices.
J. R.Hi Hair and Beauty Co! I came in for an appointment recently and a lady hairdresser named Sharon did a very good retouched and highlights to my hair... Wanted to quickly come in and say that she was absolutely perfect in keeping me entertained, despite having 3 other customers. The end result was exactly how I wanted it. 10/10 would recommend her. B. C.So I got my hair cut today. I had it washed by, I'm assuming, the manager, which was very pleasant. I had my hair cut by jack. Now, jack was extremely quiet throughout the cut. Asked every now and again if I was OK. He cut my hair well. I didn't want much of it thinned which he did thin a bit too much. But over all was a good haircut. The price for a cut and blow dry was $35. However I paid $63 and I don't know why? I specifically said cut and blow and I also booked. So, pricing should be fixed and customers should know what they are paying for. I'm still confused as to why I paid $63. I had it washed, cut and blow dried.

S. G.My 10 Year old son had a haircut with Jonatha today, he was amazing. My son has curly think hair and he Normally complains that it hurts when he gets it cut but Jonatha was so good, patient, gentle and chatty with my son. My son actually left with a smile on his face and the cut it’s self was great. A fade with curls on top.

J. L.I'm a little disappointed with my visit here today. Went here last time and got one of the ladies who I was happy with. Today I got one of the males who I felt was in a rush to get me in and out in no time and I asked for a few things to be be fixed but I still didn't feel satisfied with the final result. Not sure if I'll be back for a 3rd attempt next time.
