M.Nicely shaped and tidy eyebrows ! Lovely and skilled staff (Threading technique). Only 4 stars as I think that the room could be more cleaned. Overall really nice experience and already came back for the same service and recommend to some friends.
a.Had walked in asking for a mid-fade by one of the hairdressers (Sitara). Hadn’t had to wait at all and she had done a excellent job at an efficient pace to give me a beyond satisfactory haircut! Rest of the staff and owner were also very welcoming :) will come again

s.Finally found someone who really can do layers hair cut in CHCH. Tia is very professional and listened to you and then will do exactly what you want. Highly recommended.

A.Absolutely amazing experience for my 11 year old daughter. My daughter had wanted blue tips for a few years now but I was hesitant because of her age. Finally I agreed and this salon gave the best experience. My daughter was so comfortable and felt listened to and was asked exactly what she wanted, we also produced some pics of what she was looking for and the result was beyond amazing. The salon was clean and hygienic, the staff are so friendly and gave great information and are knowledgeable in their field of expertise, and very helpful, explaining every step with reasons and answers. I was hesitant with this salon because of the previous owners and staff and my own experience there, but after I saw the new staff I myself went there for a service and was amazed so decided to take my wee girl and I dont regret it for 1 minute. Will be the only place I go from now on and if they ever move I will be following 😊 Wish I could post before and after pics but Im not sure how to

A.Initially when I had my haircut earlier in the week, I came away rather disappointed. But upon contacting the manager, he organized for me to come back in and see them to rectify the errors in my haircut. I went back and saw the lovely Tia who really looked after me. Tia is a blonde hair master and really knows how to create a beautiful head full of blonde hair, and she knows how to mix toner to the perfect shade as well! Tia is the specialist for blonde hair at Eastgate and now I won't go anywhere else!! She really listens to what goals the client is looking to achieve for their hair and checks in with you along the way to see if you're still happy with everything. Tia also provides a very friendly, warm and gentle service and makes sure you are comfortable during the whole process of bleaching your hair. I felt completely safe leaving my hair in her hands so she could work her magic. She takes notice of the little things to do with client comfort like checking that the water temperature is okay when she's washing your hair, or she tries to not rub too much of your makeup off when she's doing your hair 😆 Tia makes sure that you are perfectly tended to aswell.
I came out of her Salon with the most even blonde dyed hair of my life, and she got my hair white blonde in one application (my hair is dark naturally) without compromising my hairs strength. Tia uses good quality products also and is very knowledgeable about all things Blonde!!

s.I would highly recommend getting brows, chin and upper lip waxed and threading here. Reasonable priced. I paid $25 for all 3 services, left with tidy and natural shaped eye brows. Very happy and would go again. 5 Star service.
