Looking for a professional installer and someone who knows their products well. After looking at all the reviews, decided JC Installs was the place to go. Was introduced to Josh who is highly motivated, professional and his product knowledge was what made the decision easy. Josh was able to fit us in for installation of head unit, speakers and reverse camera. He offered us a courtesy car which was welcoming since we are from out of town. After 4 hours, josh showed us the final product and offered follow up advice after 40 hours of running time to optimise products. Overall, a professional, highly motivated and knowledgeable team at JC Installs. Highly recommended👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Great old school business with great customer service. We had an issue with some faulty wiring that was installed but Josh owned it, sorted it very quick with a smile the whole time. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to deal with a business with fantastic values and stand by their work and product.

These guys fitted a new head unit in my Mazda Atenza. The unit looks like it’s meant to be there - and all of the steering wheel controls etc work. Ben spent quite a bit of time helping me compare head units and as a result have I have a setup that works really well for me and integrates seamlessly with my phone. Cheers.

After going to a few shops to get my aux cord fixed, no one could help and told me i need a new head unit whuch woulf cost well over $200 so I went to JC installs and asked for help with my aux cord and within 5 minutes my issue was fixed when no one else could help me anywhere else. Customer service is second to none.

Have an imported 2008 Toyota Harrier with a stereo. Difficult to find a trapezoid head unit? Josh is a superhero. He located a fitting kit and had the job done in a couple of hours. Looks and sounds AMAZING plus android auto. Could not be more stoked!!

My car had installed reverse camera from one of the place start with "P" few days back in Christchuch and I'm not happy with his service and quality of the camera (which is just few dollars in AliExpress). Because he just installed new camera in new place instead of removing old one and install on that same spot. So, I contacted to JCInstall and explained what I want. Josh perfectly installed new camera which is way better than my previous one, and lesser cost. I'm so happy with JCInstall and Josh for their professional service. Had an alarm installed. Was offered mulitple options varying in price. Super quick turnaround (had it installed within a few days after initially calling up). They were super friendly, completely transparent with great communication! Ontop of that, they did some minor repair work on some wiring unrelated to the alarm install, free of charge. My experience today lived up to all the other 5 star reviews. The team at JC installs were very keen to understand my needs and provide a solution that would definitely meet my expectations. They went above and beyond, fixing some door trim that wasn't perfect and helped diagnose and provide a solution for a noisy cabin pressure fan. Very Pleased with the awesome efforts displayed by the team at JC Audio Installs yesterday fixing JVC speakers carefully into my 2001 VW Beetle. I’m very greatful for the improved sound quality as it is now crystal clear!! Then they kindly fitted in an adaptor to my head unit at no cost. These guys are amazing and I’d definitely recommend JC Audio installs to any person looking to improve their vehicles sound system.

Just want to give huge praise to the team at JC Installs! After being in an accident and the insurance company uncertain who was at fault, especially since it was involving a motorcyclist, the “Kenwood dash cam” revealed the truth and saved my a$$!! I had almost forgotten I had the cam installed and was looking at paying a huge excess plus medical expenses. I highly recommend getting this dash cam in your vehicle, you never know when you’re gonna need it but when you do.... boom! Crystal clear footage of the incident. The dash cam picks up important information you may have forgotten to grab at the time due to shock of the ordeal. Unfortunately the car was written off but after a quick call, Josh had organised to have all my gear removed from my car for me before my baby was taken away to the wreckers! Impeccable service and equipment! Thanks again boy’s, you saved the day!

I have delt with Ben on multiple occasions for my audio and wiring needs. Always professional and gets the job done right the first time. My partner needed a horn wired up for his car, they got it sorted straight away. My radio and some electrics werent working, Ben figured out that it was a fuse and got it working quickly.
