Great service, a speedy and no-nonsense haircut. The staff are always friendly and it's an easy way to get a straightforward cut, or opt for something exciting more if you like too. Handy as a quick in and out for me, and love being able to check in on the app too.

My husband and I popped into Just Cuts this afternoon for long overdue haircuts. We were greeted warmly by a friendly lady (sorry I forgot to grab your name) at the counter, and were taken in for our cuts almost immediately. My husband is quite particular about his fade, and was impressed by the detail and attention his hairdresser Fernando gave to his haircut. My hairdresser Joanna was lovely, friendly and hilarious. She also absolutely nailed the Pinterest photo I showed her for the haircut I wanted, and gave me tips on how to maintain my super dry and damaged hair. Will definitely come back again and highly recommend this branch 😊

Jona a Filipino hairdresser has been one of the best hairdresser that I have encountered. I have been her client going on two years now😀. She is very friendly, Professional, Precise and Accurate, Knowledgeable and accommodating. All the other Staffs are also Warm and welcoming. 👍😀. Great place, Great Team 😇!!

Been going to just cuts for a few years now, I find the staff friendly and courteous at all times. A lot of the staff have varied experience at Barbering and haircuts as well ie beard trim/shape as well. The longest I've had to wait is thirty minutes generally enough to get something in the meantime to eat at the food court ( they have an appointment app for that too) I recommend Casey as she does my fades/beard as well. Just Cuts has a range of conditioners and shampoo's as well for your every day needs Highly recommended

Of all the haircuts I've had at different salons including ones they charge an arm or a leg, I can honestly say JustCuts at Riccarton Mall is the only salon I leave with my hair cut as I have asked for. On Friday I had my hair cut by Fernando and got a great cut and fantastic service!

Friendly service, were great for a toddler's first cut. Pricing isn't too bad either. Wait was only about 20 mins for a walk in on a Sunday when most other places are closed for business.

I had my Baird trimmed at just cuts by a brilliant and lovely Casey.. I have never had such great customer service skills.. I was with friends and we felt like we were all included into the conversation.. and the end result was so much better than I could possibly have expected.. the best service in any business i have ever had... absolutely fantastic service and now I am going here every month to get my facial hair done.. I'm not really one for writing a review but Casey and Lu si were the best... definitely 5 stars

All my 3 children (Zeusy bear, Aurora-Caitlyn and Jayden boy or Jeff) get their hair cut and each time they look dashing 😀 They each get a balloon and a lolly and get to bring a DVD to watch,. The staff are all lovely,. The cost is definitely well worth every penny for the service just cuts Riccarton,. We've been going there since Zeusy was 10 months old for his first hair cut and now he's four,. cut hair almost, to requirement, front still a bit long for flicking/ feathering back, unless using 1/4 can of hairspray + clips, otherwise fine, very chatty, more chat than listen, slightly argumentative, when shown photos of what I wanted
