R.I've been coming here for the past few months for microdermabrasion treatment. The place is always clean and tidy. The staff are really friendly, approachable and accomodating. I like the way they are checking your covid passport upon entering the clinic. Good job. Great experience indeed.. Thanks
B.I have been getting laser hair removal for the past 6 months and every visit is always a pleasure. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. I have recently started my skin journey there as well and Megan was lovely. As it was my first time, she explained step by step what she was doing and suggested using some of their skin care products but was not pushy about it. Would 100% recommend!
R.I have had numerous treatments including skin care and laser, I have seen results immediately after the first treatments and by the third- the results were fantastic. The store is always immaculate in cleanliness and presentation. Dani is very informative and professional she really makes you feel comfortable and at ease, talking you through each treatment. prior and during treatments. Highly recommend!
N.Awesome experience every time from Dani at Northlands. She is full of info and able to answer all my many questions clearly and she's lovely to chat to also. I was very anxious when starting laser treatment for PCOS hair growth but i have had great results over time and would highly reccomend to others with similar conditions to give it a go. J.I have been going to Laser Clinics at Northlands for nearly a year. I'm a hairy Italian girl and have struggled with hair removal my whole life. Upon recommendations from friends, I went to this Laser Clinics to ask about hair removal. From the first moment they were warm, informative, and reassuring. After just the first treatment, I had a significant reduction in hair growth on my legs and underarms. After 7 treatments, I only shave before my appointment! This has really changed my life, as I was shaving every day and dealing with a lot of ingrown hairs and rash - not to mention all the hot water and time in the shower! I highly recommend this Laser Clinic. They'll take care of you.

C.This place is excellent. I have been going here for over 6 months now after changing from a different laser clinic company for poor customer service. All the girls here are really friendly and helpful. My hours for work change all the time and the girls alway accomodate me with amending my appointments. If I ever leave a voice message they always phone me back. Always friendly and welcoming over the phone and face to face.
My usual therapist is Nicola and she is a star. She does my laser hair removal and skin treatments. Laser going good and Nicola is helping me sort my skin issues out. Big thumbs up for this place 😊

She is very knowledgeable and gives great advice around how to get the best results from the treatments. F.Awesome friendly ladies, highly recommend their services. Olympia is fantastic, I admit I was concerned about the the laser hair removal, but as promised it is virtually painless! They completely put you at ease and their follow up after treatment was very much appreciated!
A.Have got 9 out of 10 treatments so far, high quality laser machine and lovely staff, specially Aliana, she is very respectful and professional. However, I experienced some issues with the manager and I believe she needs some behavioral development as well as communication skills which are critical when dealing with customers and leading a team!
If you are looking for a supportive place who cares about your results and how you feel, this is not a right one to go!
Like after lockdown, no one contacted us to reschedule our treatment as we missed a couple due to Covid.
N.I love love love coming back to the Northlands branch for all my treatments, the girls here are all amazing, especially Nicola she's just awesome 😊, the whole team make you feel so welcome, compared to Riccarton staff who are snobby and I'm pretty sure they think they are better than the rest of the world, as they are rude and really unaccomadating. Thank you Northlands laser clinics for making the service worth while. Happy to recommend to everyone to come and visit

O.I was quite hesitant at first, but the environment was so friendly and the girl I had the consultation with, and do the actual laser removal, was very helpful and reassuring. There was virtually no pain, as promised, and i'm really excited to see the results.
