d.Mitchell from Lumen was recommended to us to assess our concrete slab that had revealed cracks when carpet was being laid 10 years on from the EQ. EQC declined our claim and Mitchell, with a team from GCCRS went into bat for us on site face to face with EQC and Mitchell was professional in strongly questioning EQCs report. Result is EQC have now agreed 90% of damage is EQ damage and have agreed to fund repairs. I would recommend having Mitchell on your side to challenge EQC.
