L. L.Had the most amazing experience at Mega Air hosting a big annual volunteer thank you party! We used their beautiful courtyard & BBQ set up, jumped for an hour then enjoyed a social time together in the lovely scenery. You wouldn't likely expect such a great outdoor party space at a trampoline park, but we where pleasantly surprised by how well put together the outside party space was. Great seating, outdoor heating, a HUGE BBQ, stunning decking, sunshade, and privacy. Amanda and her team where outstanding hosts, and took extra special care to ensure we where looked after. :) We will 100% be coming back, and we're happy to recommend this facility for anyone looking to host a fun gathering!

A. W.My 10 year old son loves this place. Great staff very friendly and helpful. My son even did the trampoline classes and the tutors were great with him and he is a very shy child and he loved it and gained confidence I also must add is a very clean arena thanks Mega Air.

J. W.Awesome venue for a kids party! We were lucky enough to have the garden area as the party room, kids had a blast on the trampolines the parents and kids enjoyed the space in garden area afterwards. Highly recommend and space could be used for variety of events or functions.

N.Quite pricey for how much time you actually get on tramps for kids party. and the whole place smells like sitting in a old gym bag I understand why but still yuck :) Sure can it was a Bounce, Tables and BBQ package don't know what you mean by 50 minutes. We were told 30mins on arrival then we'd have to go away from tramps to be cleaned. I believe there were even signs up stating similar to this if not this. It would have been fine with an hour or even 50minutes. Im not having a go just sharing my experience. kids loved it but 30mins is not long enough for them.

L. K.Just had a netball team end of season celebration at Mega Air. Lots of fun on trampolines and competitive dodgeball, finished with time in the fantastic outdoor garden area. Lovely enclosed space with lots of seating, garden and shade sails for sunny days.
Would be a great option for upcoming Christmas functions.

Special shout out to Sam who works on the floor. He went above and beyond watching out for my little ones as well as watching his area. Definitly recommend and most definitly will b back

J. C.This is a great place to take the kids to spend some energy. The sessions are one hour long and start with a safety briefing. They cost about $16 per school aged child for one hour.
B. D.A great selection of jump areas. An induction video presentation is required before play. Also it's best to book. I turned up with my kids and we had to wait 20 minutes for the next induction. You can buy coffee, drinks and snacks. I suggest bringing a water bottle for the jumpers/kids.

M. S.Really cool place with a wide range of different things you can do - tumbling, dodgeball, toddler area, half-pipe, basketball. I took my daughter recently and she hurt her ankle in the first five minutes. The staff were really professional, caring and they gave us our money back. I was really impressed with the service.

M. V.It's a great place and there's plenty of trampolines for everyone, unless you go in the busy times. I don't recommend going from 1-3 pm because it can get crowded. Instead I suggest going at other times and there are plenty of other sessions available. They offer one hour or two hour sessions.
A. P.Good place for kid birthday party. We held a party for 11 children. We had a party room for gathering and cake. Plenty of activities for hopping and jumping. Got toddler only areas which were very thoughtful. Would be good to have free water fountain.

N.What fun my Granddaughter had for her 6th birthday with 10 of yr School friends. Separate function room for birthday cake and food and huge area with trampolines and slides and safe for children.

J. C.Mega air is fun, but the play area is a bit small and I think you should upgrade it so it is more entertaining (like a sponge pit for teens) as we pay for an hour. There was also this staff member there… She wasn’t very nice to my kids and told them to go away from the bar even though they were just looking. She gave off very grumpy vibes. They went back 5 min later and she said to come back in ANOTHER five mins. So they did, and asked her for 2 hot chocolates. She looked at us like we we were dumb, and said “um, there aren’t any hot beverages served until 10…”So we got a bag of chips. She rolled her eyes, took the money and tossed it at us. We personally think that is very rude…

- very soft trampolines, no where near what a gymnast hopes for. It is VERY hard to get any height. A small section with performance trampolines very welcome
- the air bag is very soft. Adults landing on their feet can sometimes hot the floor
- some rules are quite restrictive. Why no double flips on the air bag? It’s an air bag! Why no standing on certain heights?

B.Great for parties as you can take your own food. Lots of space and kids love the team games as it breaks the ice between groups of kids that have never met before. But it smelt a bit sweaty in there.
