M.I had provided a photo with what I had wanted, let the stylist know it was my wedding in three days time, it looked a bit more red than I wanted at the end however I paid and left. When I got home and looked at it properly and in sunlight, I was devistated, it was a million light years away from the picture.
My sister convinced me to contact them as I was very upset. They have got me back in the same day, toned the colour down to a more neutral brown which is good, however it is still not what I had originally requested.
They have also provided a slight discount on the service.
When paying a premium price, I would have expected wow, I got heart ache, upset and wasted time and money.
Edit : the owner has been in touch and provided me with an additional refund, so I can't fault that they have tried to fix it up. I have paid half price for this hair style.
w.Did a walk-in on Sunday and was welcomed by friendly receptionist. I didn't make any appointment before hand and expect that they would be full. The hairstylist check their schedule and immediately organized a seat for me, my hair cut was done in 25min with wash and dry. Excellent service and extremely helpful. Highly recommended and remember try book an appointment before hand to avoid disappointment.

Really appreciate the attitude and service I received from Erina and her team. Skills for both Haircuts and Head Spa are awesome.
Also a good place that’s worth a try for new customers. They offer a free consultation, please make good use of it. Good communication will ensure you will receive a more satisfied outcome.

A.Had a men's hair cut done with photo reference, Tomo, did a great job in producing a similar and cleaner cut. Had me check if it was to my likening multiple times throughout the cut and styled freshly as a finishing touch. The hair wash was amazing as they really take their time to wash hair and massage the scalp thoroughly. The team there are kind and welcoming too.

Never expected that just by changing my chair i would completely look like a whole new person. Prices are reasonable for the kind of output they deliver and staff are all friendly! She’s got a great sense of style and gave good recommendations for what would fit my hair type, face shape, lifestyle, etc. The head spa was so relaxing - my only gripe is that I wish it could have gone on for longer 😝 The online booking platform also makes it super easy to secure an appointment. E.Friendly and warm, that's what I initially thought walking into the studio. Modern and clean, the staff are very polite and carry good conversation, which is something to consider when looking for good hairdressers.
I rang and made a booking 2 hours before the cut, but their website has a good and easy booking system. I got the standard scissors and shaver, men's cut. Very thorough and careful. Washing my hair beforehand and giving an excellent head massage too. I went in with really long hair, down to my nips and came out with one of the best cuts I've had in chch, $30/$34. Highly recommended, I'll be going back.

A.Great experience - very relaxing head massage with a hot towel under the neck for the wash. I'm very happy with the hair cut, I have thick frizzy wavy hair and have had some rubbish hair cuts before but Mana was great! Would highly recommend
