I love getting the Brow Wow (brow shape, colour and dress) with Jasmine. She is very friendly and great at what she does. They use quality products here too, and the chairs are so comfy.

I'm no stranger to waxing, and have had treatments done multiple times in multiple countries/towns. Nothing compared to the experience I had today with Angela who did my Brazilian Wax. She made me feel at ease and before I knew it, I was chatting away with her like I had known her for years! The whole treatment was virtually pain free and she did an excellent job. I absolutely love the staff and service at Off & On in Christchurch. They are so completely accommodating and lovely, I have never once had a bad experience. The salon, decor, equipment, and products are of a high quality, and it’s worth every penny. And the price is exceedingly reasonable! Everyone is highly trained, professional, and offers great advice and aftercare recommendations. I so highly rate the girls here, but please don’t get so busy you can’t fit me in! :)
