Went there to get factory Japanese unit removed for a new English unit however I wanted to retain the factory reverse camera and the factory entertainment screen on the roof. The unit I got was capable of achieving this and most was done in the first visit but the technician had to research how to retain the screen. This was completed on the following week. Pros: Can work on Sundays Cons Pricey- installation cost $400 Wasn’t able to get it completed in one day.

I highly recommend these guys. I went to Protech Solutions to have a car stereo installed as referred by one of my mates. The guy I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I am happy with the pricing and installation was done in less than an hour. A great first experience. I would definitely go there again.

Got sorted my audio into my new car with technician recommendation and now loves this. Great experience to know about the audio systems and gone with the recommendation. It was worth and I enjoyed my driving trip from Christchurch to Auckland with New System, Player, Sub and Amps. Punching Hard. Much better than any other system I used in past. I came here to get a new stereo with Bluetooth, and they did a really awesome job with the installation. I also asked them to help me install a dash cam with a reversing camera, and they completed the job really quickly for a reasonable rate. fitted a head unit in my Subaru XV, it turned out it had a supplier software fault on it - contacted protech and a new alternative unit was fitted with no problems. Really nice guy to deal with and answers messages promptly. would highly recommend using his services.

I contacted Preet about replacing the standard Japanese radio in my new CX 7 with something more modern. I met up with him the next morning where he asked what was I looking for in a new Radio. After he gave me the options I selected a top notch radio. I was expecting to book my car in to get the job done in a week or so, however to my amazement he done it there and then. Ended up with a brilliant Touchscreen Android Radio, which is awesome. Many thanks for a superb job well done. I will certainly be using him again shall the need arise. I highly recommend Peet and Protect Solutions 👍

Very happy with the Apple CarPlay stereo and camera installed on my Subaru Impreza, these guys open all 7 days and offers a great service. 10/10

We went in the morning to enquire about a head unit for Toyota Mark x and the guy installed a brand new head unit within 20 minutes and we still have a working reverse camera and Steering control buttons and all that at a great price and very professional service.
