I cannot rate Wendys work high enough, every time she gets it bang on and every time I leave feeling like a million bucks!
Wendys attention to detail, finishing and good banter are just some of the reasons I will always continue to come back.
The team spirit when I come in on a Monday morning is also worth a solid mention, it is nice to see team members supporting and helping one another.
J.I am impressed with the lady who did my hair. Not many people can properly do balayage, even if they are working in a good salon. I am happy with my new hair. No harsh colour lines. Price is good as well due to the deals they are doing for new customers. Customer service is okay, could be better.

T.Taryn was absolutely lovely, she was honest with what results she could achieve, showed me what colours she was going to use to achieve results and made sure i was happy with them. it made me feel so comfortable and my hair was in safe hands! The other ladies their were helpful with products and styling tools (which is why i went in there in first place) i ended up booking in my hair best decision i made.
N.My hair stylist (Shelly) at Vivo Hair Salon Colombo is the absolute best! I have never been to a hair salon before and she made me feel so comfortable. I immediately trusted her work. She is very professional, trustworthy and delivers every time I've been in. Absolutely lovely personality and provides good yarns!! Highly highly recommend her! - Nika (very happy customer)!
S.I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mackenzie at Vivo Colombo! I decided to chop quite a bit of length off of my hair and get a balayage colouring service, a big change for me that I was a little nervous about. Mackenzie offered a thorough consultation where she answered all of my questions and gave me an accurate quote before I booked in. During the service she was very attentive, listened to everything I asked for, and the end result was even better than I could have expected. If I could give Mackenzie more than 5 stars I would!! I've had so many compliments on my hair and feel like a whole new person, I will definitely be back.

m.I had such an incredible experience today, i had booked in with a grabone voucher, not sure of the hairdresser i would get. I ended up with a woman called Jolinda, who from the get go was a lovely and vibrant person to be around. She asked me what i was after and to show her photos of what i was after, i didnt have photos but explained that i just wanted to hide my ever growing greys with a very natural highlight. She not only absolutely nailed the colour and my request but the haircut and blow wave are one of the best ive even had. I have walked out of many salons after trusting the hairdresser and been disappointed, not this time. Thank you Jolinda, i am so beyond chuffed with my hair and grateful for the happiness and wonderful vibes you brought to my appointment with you!
