N.I had a hair appointment today with Nicole and Shakayla and I was taken care of so well and they really made me feel special. The service I received today was like no other and the outcome of my hair absolutely stunning. I could not recommend them enough
K.First time client, had a wonderful experience. Was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. Shelly was amazing and was very patient with me while deciding what colour I wanted, as I changed my mind a few times. She was helpful and suggested different colours and pros and cons of them. Shelly is the first hairdresser I've ever had that has really paid attention to what I wanted and made suggestions without forcing them on me. My hair has never looked better
Will definitely be back
N.I have had Shelly as my hair stylist from October 2020 and she has been absolutely amazing. She knows exactly what is best for my hair but also what would suit my skin tone etc. She is the most professional and caring stylist, so much so that I'm happy to do the drive to Rolleston to make sure I still have her as my stylist. I would highly recommend Vivo Hair but also make sure you get in touch with Shelly. You won't be disappointed at all :)
E.Shelley is an absolute joy. I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone. She is consistently professional while ensuring you’re comfortable, happy to chat or not as you want and to top it off, my hair has never looked better!
The rest of the team also seem lovely, and the new salon is very clean and tidy.
M.I had the most amazing experience on Thursday with Nicole. She asked what I wanted and she was very informative and gave lots of advice on hair care. She was so genuine and passionate. She was so excited for the end result and that to me says just how much she loves what she does. Thanks Nicole.
P.I have the pleasure of being looked after by Shelley - who has recently moved from The Colombo branch to Rolleston. I moved salons so I could continue with her as my stylist. Shelley is professional, friendly, interested and interesting. She gives great advice about how to style my hair at home, advice about best colours and cuts for your face shape and skin coloring and will go the extra mile to find an appointment that works. I know she has clients who fly from Auckland to get their hair done. Its important to find a stylist you trust. I trust and like Shelley, she will be stuck with me for a long time!
