Neat little theater. Always pleasant service with a good chat about different movies.

It was awesome small and intimate with all the trimmings at great prices..and the bloke was so accommodating...

Nice small cozy theater, comfy seats and a smallish screen but as you get to sit closer you dont notice the lack of size.

Very enjoyable. Nice little theater.

It's ok for a little town however if you like the movies for the big screen , amazing effects and incredible sound I would advise head to a bigger town. Clean and tidy.

Love it here it is normally nice and quiet but there was a crowd today. Good to see our community supporting our little picture theater.

Comfy sized theater. Easy parking, worth the drive from Whangarei. Seats are roomy and comfortable...popcorn drinks and ice creams available. Plus the chance to see some extra special movies.

Very nice clean tidy place, the audio was probably a tad loud

Love coming here to the movies, great bunch of volunteer staff, always good movies and great atmosphere, even have headphones for the hearing impaired

Lovely little botique cinema with a great selection of indie and blockbuster films. The staff and volunteers go over and above to meet the needs of its vast clientele. The house made choc top ice creams are definitly the best around! Managers very well informed about all the films coming out and are always keen for a friendly chat. A definite must visit when in Dargaville.

I love the Anzac Theatre, I think the size is perfect for a small town. The staff are so obliging and friendly, and the seats are so comfortable. Always a pleasure to go there.

$10 Wednesdays👌🏽 only 1 screen but nothing wrong with that. The man was lovely, even brought our popcorn to our seats.

What a nice little theatre. The owner let us in for a look inside after a movie. We chatted about several things. We will be going to the movies here when I have some free time :) Thank you kindly.

Nice comfy and roomy seating. They are trying to upgrade there projector, this would give a way better pitcher quality and need help with donations to do soo, that would be cool

Very welcoming manager who discussed movies informatively with us. Loved the recycling bins in the foyer to encourage good practice. A very pleasant experience.

Really outstanding and unique community-sponsored local theatre: good balance of blockbusters, art house films and special events (Director Q&A, Short Film Festival, etc), excellent sound and comfortable leather seats, helpful staff and to top it off--excellent popcorn!

Me and my family love going to the anzac theatre it's got cosy comfortable seats and heads up to the manager and volunteers for help keeping it running for Dargaville.
