M.I am so grateful for the quick response. Got locked out of my house at 10:30pm. Called up the Southland branch and my door was unlocked within the hour which included a travel time of 45 minutes at least. Really well priced, and was able to pay on the spot. Very happy customer and could not recommend enough!

Y.I couldn't get a working key copied for my new front door. Tried 4 different key shops.
Begg was the only locksmith in Dunedin who offered to send a person out to my house for a look. They modified a key on the fly to fit my lock, so I now have a working key.

V.We had an urgent situation where our garage keys were locked inside the garage and we no access without breaking glass or the door. s.I left a less than glowing review of this company that I wrote yesterday for a couple of issues involving a job they did for me a couple of months ago. First thing this a.m. the owner phoned concerned as to my posting and it's contents stating he had no knowledge as to what had transpired and my posting was the first he had heard of it.
After a brief discussion which included human error and the chain of command we agreed to meet at a future date to discuss further.
Have to say it's rare and commendable that he would get in touch to try and resolve the issues involved. The first person to do so since I've been posting reviews.

A copied car key from elsewhere stuck in the ignition had left my car unlocked and ready to go with no way of securing it.
BSG got the key out and made a copy of the original that works flawlessly.
And all this cost less than the duff copy!
