The reason I first started to see Cheng was for my severe hayfever. My hayfever has been an ongoing issue my whole life and I have tried every hayfever medication available in the pharmacy. Pills, nasal sprays and eye drops. I had heard from a friend that acupuncture was worth a try for hayfever since the drugs I was using weren’t working and it has been getting worse and quite unbearable every single year. I first started to see Cheng start of 2022 and already I am noticing positive changes to not only my hayfever symptoms but my body and well-being overall. I am currently reducing my hayfever medications gradually and have noticed that my body is coping, and is slowly but surely adjusting to being without the medication which is awesome. It is important to listen to Cheng and do the exercises he tells you to do, and to take the herbs he gives you everyday. The Homework he gives is key to seeing progress. Results don’t just happen overnight. Cheng has also helped me with my digestion and has helped release the years worth of tension and stress in my neck and shoulders. Acupunture is helpful not just for physical issues but I believe can help emotional/mental stress too. He is very intelligent, passionate, professional and very kind. He listens and really cares about trying to fix the problem. He has studied both western and Chinese medicine. It has been very interesting learning about the differences between the two. I highly recommend giving acupunture with Cheng a go, his methods of natural healing is definitely worth trying, particularly if you have a specific issue you want to solve.

I went to see Lucas (Cheng Lucas Zhong), as he was recommended to me by my massage therapist. I'm in my 50's and my therapist found enlarged lymph lumps in my breast tissue. I started seeing Lucas, and within 5wks these lumps were a lot softer and are currently half the size they were.. I first met Dr Cheng in April 2018 when I was suffering from Bells Palsy, a condition that had the right side of my face drooping and which causes great difficulty in speaking, eating and drinking and of course great embarrassment. For some, it takes 9 to 18 months or even longer to full recovery. After intensive treatment and consultation with Dr Cheng in just 4 months, there had been vast improvement in my facial features and I could speak, eat, drink properly and not be embarrassed about my face. Since then, I have had major improvements in major heath issues that I also suffered from namely my high cholesterol level dropped from 3.6 to 2.1 (normal is 2.5 i.e. the LDL bad cholesterol), my pre-diabetic condition dropped from 45 to 41 (normal is 40) and I was also able to lose weight currently a loss of 7 kg which I had never been able to do before no matter what I tried. Chronic fatique syndrone, prostate cancer bone mastisis I have been using Lucas for just over 2 months now. I first went to see him to help with chronic fatigue syndrome. I already knew how TCM worked. He explained that my stomach and spleen energies were very very low and that this was going to be a long haul to recovery. When he explained how the spleen and stomach energies work everything fell into place. All the work I had been doing for the last 20 years was actually counterproductive, raw food, vegetarian, vegan herbs. When I told him my history it made total sense why I had so many health issues all my life. I was on antibiotics for the first 40 years of my life on a very regular basis, started drinking alcohol as a very young teen ager. all this depleting the spleen and stomach. I am now 65 A couple of times he asked if I had been to see a western DR and the answer was NO, didn't trust them any more. As we progressed thru the treatments things were getting worse there was no more highs and lows, just complete exhaustion and a lot of other symptoms. On my 8th visit he insisted I see a western DR for a scan and blood work. I only would agree if he knew of a MD that would work with natural medicine practioner as well He gave me such a MD went and saw him 5 days later, had a blood test at 1pm and by 6.30 pm I was in the ED at Dunedin hospital on the insistence of the MD. I was told that my kidneys, were failing, and my bladder was on the point of bursting that would cause a massive heart attack. I was kept in hospital and 2 days later got the diagnoses of prostate cancer with 80% of my bones with metastasis. Talking with the western DR's it was all doom and gloom Talking with Lucas it shone a light that was so needed and made total sense Get the body back into balance and it will look after itself even if we have to mix some Western with his practice. how often do you hear that from western medicine willing to work together with a natural practioner He did save my life, if he hadn't insisted on me seeing the Dr they said I had between hours and a day left to live To me to have such a awesome practioner that has his clients welfare as a priority is rare for me. I have dealt with practioner that would have only thought about how much money they could make out of me or just give up and tell me to find someone else Is Lucas the real deal ASOLUTELY WE NEED THOUSANDS MORE LUCAS'S TO TURN THIS HEALTH SYSTEM AROUND Would I recommend him AGAIN IN THE BLINK OF A HEART BEAT THAT I NEARLY DIDN'T HAVE ANY MORE Thanks Lucas for you being you Peter
