Lydia was fantastic, she was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. The owner had great advice and booked me in super quickly. I went for a drastic colour change for me but I absolutely love the outcome, Lydia was amazing and I can’t recommend this salon enough. It’s a shame I live 4 hours away - but it’ll be worth the trip to come back!

I had my hair cut and foil highlights by a lovely lady called Shivi. She was friendly, professional and did an excellent job with both cut and highlights. Speaking as a hairdresser myself, I would highly recommend Shivi. She took the time to do a great job even though she was very busy. I will be back for my next cut and colour when I’m back in Dunedin. Thanks again

I went this place for first time for keratin treatment and I was served by Rabina. She was professional,caring, excellent in customer service. She gave me great suggestions on how to take care of our hair after the treatment. Great price and service. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. Wonderful experience every time. These ladies are really amazing ! I walked in yesterday and asked for a GHD Straightener and hair products Avani took me right on and did a great Job. She spent time with smile face and explain enormous details. The prices were phenomenal, so reasonable. Good Professional Advice Friendly and helpful Ladies Personable and good sense of Humour Great range of Professional Hair products. Thank you once again Avani👩🏻‍🦰

I got a red balayage done there and it turned out amazing! I am loving the colour and the service was friendly and great. When I went in my first time to John, my baby fine hair had extensions in, which absolutely ruined my hair. I needed help desperately. John took his time to get my story and my true hair wishes, likes and dislikes. He immediately asked why I had extensions? I said because I wanted longer hair and more of it. He introduced me some amazing hair growth serum, shampoo and treatment /hair care line of products which are naturally grow hair. John dedicates himself completely to you (the client) during the appointment and beyond. He doesn’t split time with other appointments or have someone else hair or make phone calls, etc. He’s very honest and straight forward and lets you know what will work for your hair and what won’t. John is fantastic! definitely come back EFX HAIR -HAIR CARE WORLD

BIG THANK YOU EFX HAIR “I just went to EFX HAIR HAIR CARE WORLD Meridian Mall for the first time! I went through cancer twice lost all my hair so when it did come back it was looking everything but great. I took a day [off] and called at least 12 hair places and none of them even asked me to come in! I called EFX HAIR and soon as I called he asked me to come in and looked at my hair and he is a real busy person so he made time to let me come see him two days after I came in there. I was so happy for him to make time to see me. The Guy is very nice and welcoming. Right away I could sense that he is very confident of his skills and knowledgeable when it comes to hair. He listened to my expectations and he made his recommendations as to what he saw and what he could do to improve my hair. It was nice seeing someone who enjoys his job and wants to make sure that everything that is done is to expectations of the client. In the couple hours of me being at his salon I learned a lot about my hair and how to take care of it to make sure it always looks great. Once he was done I was extremely happy with the outcome. My cut and overall look was great. I was so happy to see my hair look so great and I loved everything that was done. I will definitely continue to see EFX HAIR -HAIR CARE WORLD 😍

Fantastic cut and colour by Shivi! I had a full head of foils, root smudge, semi color, and a cut - so a lot of work! Shivi was so positive and great to chat with the whole time. I have bleached, curly, fine hair and it looks and feels great now. The colour is probably the best I've had done.

My experience at the EFX was splendid. Loved it!!! All the staffs are very professional yet charming. Raveena was my beauty therapist and she is absolutely adorable and fantastic and the best at what she does. And most importantly I was amazed to see their hygiene skills. All of their tools were cleaned properly. It’s hard to find a good clean salon nowaday!!!

Decidedly average haircut. No water, no spray, no nothing, just sit down and cut cut cut. I got home and tidied my fringe up on my own and then got my other half to help even out the job that had been done with the clippers. I could have and should have gone back but no thanks.
