We switched over from Waste Management and haven't looked back. Never missed a collection, and very helpful customer service. Slightly more expensive, but well worth it for the hassle-free and customer-oriented service.

I popped into the office this morning, just after 9am at Green Island, Dunedin to change to a bigger wheelie bin. I was blown away how lovely the staff in the office were. The customer services lady was so friendly. She even checked the new wheelie bin and spray cleaned the top of it for me. She took the bin out to my car and even put it in for me. While she was getting the bin for me, another lady said hello and asked was I being looked after. Another office member walking passed and said "how's it going". Such nice people. Happy to be with EnviroWaste. Top marks for customer service. Thank you.
