G.I had the best hair cut experience today with Eddie in Dunedin. Not only was the haircut wonderful but it was the perfect experience for me......I love sitting listening to music while my hair is done....with no chatter. Eddie met all the brief perfectly.
P.Rhiannon was excellent, best cut ever. Efficient service with lovely reception person who phoned me to let me know I could be seen earlier than arranged, wonderful experience, high recommend.

J.Despite the Just Cuts app having a glitch meaning that our booking was not conveyed to this branch the staff were more than accommodating in sorting this out. Big thanks to Jo and her colleagues.
I.Decent people, but timing is way off. Went there 3-4 times, haircut was not bad. But what puts me off is - if they close at 6pm (Fridays), they will stop taking customers at 5:15pm. Even if there are three employees at that time, one of which is working on a customer and the other two are just chatting and chilling, they will gladly say no if you go at 5:20pm.
