T.Alan and colleagues very helpful. Got a reconditioned washing machine that is exactly the same as the 16 year old one we've replaced, and that one was a reconditioned model too!
M.This place is also a drop off and pick up for a company that does repairs on electronic items . I got my turntable and my cd player that were part of my sterio system fixed there. There a $90 deposit and that is a charge for them to check the item but if they repair the item the $90 goes towards paying for repairs. Cant tell you much about the washing machine dept as wasnt there for that. Bring on the music
B.Had an issue with them at first with the installation of the Double Dish drawer, however, after having communicated with the new owner Alan, the matter was resolved efficiently and satisfactorily. Overall, I rate this at 4 to take into account the initial issue, then having this resolved promptly and courteously. The technician who attended along with the owner were courteous and great to deal with. Thank you.
