We stayed there for 1 night. It's good place to stay if you try to visit Mount taranaki. It can be first stop before going to New Plymouth. The management staff is very nice. We stayed in a self contained unit which is recommended. It has kitchen/toilet/shower/heater and enough beds. Just bring your own quilt. It also has small playground, and there is small area for exploration near the unit.
