s.The staff are very helpful and if what you want is not in store or you want something close to what you want they will try their hardest to find it at another store
v.Tere and the Gisborne team were just amazing in responding and fixing my problem I recently had. Tere got onto it straight away which I was really impressed with. Also during the lockdown they ensured that as a customer we had options available to us in regards to making payments or deferring payments. Tere and her team just awesome.
C.Great DTR team in Gisborne who assisted me through the loan application; very effecient, Communication was clear, supportive and I was treated with respect with every part of the process and expectations explained really clearly to me.
