Couldn’t believe that we couldn’t even turn the key in the car, it’s never happened before, so panic stations....... called NRMA, and RACQ came, they couldn’t help and suggested a locksmith, so called City2Surf, Ian came within 2 hours, gave worst and best case scenario, and kept us updated, we needed a new key 🔑 as that had stuffed the barrel up, so that also needed replacing, key was bent and worn . Happy with service, happy with price, and would 💯 recommend, Thank you Ian, much appreciated 💯👍🏼

10/10 I rang Ian at 5:30 this afternoon and he instantly offered to come and inspect even though he had finished for the day . Upon turning up he quickly inspected the problem and issued us with a extremely well priced repair cost on our faulty ignition barrel . He had the job done in 20 mins and the car was back together and running within 30 mins complete with new keys . His service was excellent ,well priced and he was polite and friendly from first contact would 100% recommend City 2 surf locksmiths Thanks again Ian Tahnee
