Reviews of Dixon Park
J.Free BBQ and an outdoor shallow pool. A big playground for the kids and tiny enclosed playground for toodlers. The makings of a great family fun day out for free.
K.One of the nicest parks in Greymouth, it’s well kept and looked after and has a small creek running through it. The playground is great for the wee ones and there’s a fish and chips shop right next to it.
S.Great place to go with children and have a picnic and play. There's a little wading pool as well for a hot day. Playground could use a fresh lick of paint, but even looking a little shabby, still great fun!
T.Great for kids, equipment well looked after, as well as a paddling pool.
B.Best playground in Greymouth. Few picnic tables, bins and a good amount of playground equipment. There is a creek right next door to the playground so you need to keep an eye on the young ones
J.Great spot for the kids to play. There's a dairy directly opposite the park too. There's some great history there with a pine tree growing from a seedling taken from Lone Pine Gallipoli.
D.Some fun in the sun or rain, playground adventurers for days
J.Good little park with lots of green spaces wel established trees flower beds seating and little outdoor stage
A good play area for children
A very accessible park for people with disabilities with ramp at two entry points and accessible toilets at one end
