After reviewing many exchange options and wasting significant time and effort I phoned Justin and was promptly followed up with a return call to direct me to the BEST location and rate to change to Euros.
We recently loaded the travel card at one of the big 4 banks. In comparison with assistance we traded into Euros with just over 6% better exchange rate in cash. I won't waste time and money on the next trip.

I was struggling to get good exchange rate and the provided information was not easily available through google.
