Cameras good unfortunately marked my vinyl floor moving out the fridge and didn’t say anything. It’s only 6 months old.

After a slightly disjointed start the service received has been excellent. Kahina was helpful in sorting things at the start and the installation team followed up until we re-activated the system. Thanks team.

Initially I found dealing with the company a challenge as their phone system wasn't great, and no one returned messages, however once I did get onto the right person, I struck gold. Everything was set up speedily and efficiently. And follow up things have been speedily addressed. Thank you Kahina

Kahina was great to deal with and sorted out my security needs. Her team did a great install and I’m appreciative how quickly it all got done. Definitely recommend - professional, value for money and timely.

Kahina Came and carried out an in home quote and we were able to swap out the 2 smoke alarms for 2 sensors as we have a new home with new smoke alarms already. Within 2 weeks our system was installed by a local installer who wired in the key panel and main hub exactly we we wanted them. The phone app is great for setting the alarm while driving off down the road in case you forget and also for setting the alarm on sleep while lying in bed. The duress functions give a bit of added security as well. Great product and service.

I've been a customer with ADT for over 6 months now and I'm very comfortable with how it's working out. Getting set up was simple, everything was explained in clearly understood terms and the guys installing the gear were quick, friendly and efficient. There was a problem with an overly sensitive sensor setting of false alarms, that was dealt with immediately and there have been no problems since. Very happy customer here.

We got our alarm and security set up professionally with the help of Gayle. She was awesome and a great person who helped us and took care of everything for us. Professional service in request to upgrade of existing security system, previously installed by ADT. The system appears to work efficiently and was all arranged and overseen by the agent Gayle, who has a caring attitude and concern for a the installation process. Contract is much like a cellphone contract, with no complications experienced to date.
