J.Needed a key cut, but did not have the original. Had a chat over the phone with a really helpful staff member who explained I could get a key cut to code.
Went in today to get it done, the whole process was quick and easy. Looks like the shop has just changed hands - one of the new owners came over and had a chat while I was waiting. Very friendly and happy to help. Will be using these guys again for sure.
e.I had an urgent need for service, and Armstrong Locksmiths were very understanding and responded to my urgency within hours. Nothing was a problem. I was very grateful for their calm and quick response. I will definitely use them again.
