L.I have a 16 year old Smeg oven which was playing up. 5 star arrived in a few days and figured the problem and ordered a new thermostat. They promptly arrived later that week to fix it. But it didn't work so they did research and returned 3 more times to sort my problem. None of these returns was their fault but that of a old complicated 900 wide oven. They only charged me for the initial charge. They did everything they could to sort my problem. I highly recommend this business. They are honest, kind and efficient.

B.Not often one can give a good review about a firm,but these guys are fabulous. We bought a dishwasher off Appliance plus which unfortunately had an error problem,They fixed it , but problem came back

J.Excellent service. Even texted to say when he'd arrive. Used his experience to quickly install the new appliance although its connections were quite different from the old one.
