M.It took me almost 4 hours to find a locksmith that would be able to come and unlock my car. I called Hamilton Locksmith and Steve said he'd be there in half an hour, 25 minutes later Steve was here. It was as if it was still early in the evening as he was very lovely and made friendly banter, 2 minutes later the job was done.
Definitely recommend Hamilton Locksmith if anything happens! Thank you so much Steve ☺️
C.One of our door locks busted late at night. He arrived quickly, and got it sorted, all for a very fair call out fee which he quoted up front. Thank you for the great service 👍
A.Steve was great to deal with, and I'd recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith. He got to our lifestyle property within ten minutes of phoning him on a Sunday, and managed to get our locked door open within a few minutes. Unfortunately the keys we thought we'd locked in there weren't in there after all, and so he came back a couple of hours later, again within ten minutes of calling him, to cut a new key for us. He gave us a discount on the second call out because he was already in the area which we really appreciated.
Also I really disagree with some of the low star reviews to do with fees. I actually feel really sorry for locksmiths and how they are treated by some people!!!!!! The fee for after hours is completely reasonable, especially when he gets there so fast. At least half this fee will be going to tax, GST and operational costs, it is not a lot of cash in the hand for taking up to an hour out of his time in travel on top of that - especially in weekends or middle of the night!!! One idiot has bagged him for not giving free advice over the phone, when it turned out a simple fix. Seriously!?!?! You're paying for a service, and for someone to use their expertise to solve a problem. If you want free advice ask Google. I personally think its disgusting that people would not only expect free advice from a professional, but then give one star reviews. I am so glad I got Steve yesterday, and so glad I ignored these pathetic reviews.
S.Pleased that our job was done at short notice but I think we got Steve on a bad day as not very customer friendly. He needs a belt on his jeans as when he bent over is was not a nice sight.
C.Very friendly service from Steve. My Automotive lock and barrel was recoded to the old key overnight and delivered the next morning by 830 am. Very impressive. Thank you Steve.
P.Absolute legend. 2 Suzuki dealers said it couldn't be done and Steve did it in under an hour! Found him to be very knowledgeable and engaging. Even if he was rude (which I didn't find) I'd prefer rude and get the job done than nice and not get it done.

C.Rescued me at 9pm on a weeknight when I locked my keys in my car. Then later in the week they let me into the store after their official closing time. Great service!
They also cut plastic emergency keys for $20, which are great as a cheap spare. Or, they do keys with chips much cheaper than a dealership charges!!
K.Had to change a lock to the garage which was stuck and would not open. Steve said he would come in 90 min time and turned up 10 min early. Changed the lock with no fuss. Prompt, courteous service. Very reasonable charges too!
