L.This was originally a one-star review. "We bought an oven and a vertical freezer about 6 months ago. The freezer is working fine, but Heathcotes never wanted to know about our issues with the oven. We didn't realise when we purchased it, that it doesn't have a bake element and instead relies on fan bake. We've had a tech from Heathcotes and from Fisher and Paykel who have both said it's just a really bad design. The oven takes twice as long as it should to cook anything. We would never step foot in a Heathcotes again." After posting the one-star review, Heathcotes got back in touch and we were able to up-grade the oven. We got there in the end but the whole thing took about 8 months.

I have shopped at Noelleeming and Harvey Norman, the staff in this Heathcotes Store at the Base are really friendly, willing to help, not pushy for sale and mostly importantly, they have good range of stocks available. Even with lockdown, staff Eric made it really easy for me to ask questions and complete the purchase over the phone. Whole process took less than 20mins and times were ready for click and collect on spot. I ended up buying a fridge and a small TV. And their On Sales prices are really good and have the price match policy etc. If you are reading this review and you are in Auckland, give them a go with ordering over the phone or website as they can deliver items to you at a delivery charges like $89, similar to what you get charges from Noel Leeming and Harvey Norman. And because Heathcotes have stocks so you will get them sooner instead of waiting for weeks on end. And they do have plenty stuff in stock. Check them out before you make the purchase decision
B.We received amazing customer service from the Heathcotes Te Rapa team during our purchase of a new washer and dryer.
All queries regarding the products were answered promptly, they made sure the products were in stock and organised the contactless delivery.
They made the process, including online payment, super easy and we had our products within 24 hours of contacting the team, even with being in lockdown and having an out of town delivery.
Very impressed with the service we received and our products and would highly recommend.

J.We bought all our kitchen appliances when we recently renovated our kitchen , which includes , Fridge 90cm, Gas cook top oven 90 cm Dishwasher as well as Range hood, all are well known brand, and paid full in advance for every product in the month of March , We were disappointed when we found the Bosch Gas cooker 90 cm came with no trays no baking trays nothing but the oven , but the shop would not take any responsibility then they promised to get at least one tray to help us to get the oven going ,
I just received one Rack . that is good gesture.
Also compare price with other places before you buy from here , I found once Dyson hot and Cool fan priced as 749$ where as Dyson itself sells online for 699$.
P.Big store with a large range and bargains if you look hard enough. Good customer service, not too pushy.

D.I was looking for Iphone 13 Pro when it was all sold out. Got in touch with Apurva and on the system it was showing 0 availability for the 256GB Silver one that I wanted. He went back and checked the actual stock and found the very last one! Arranged payment and sent shipped it out on Sunday and got it on Tuesday morning! This is from Hamilton to Auckland! Every was so smooth and like a dream. Thought I was dreaming as the Apurva made it so easy to deal with. To be honest, it was my first time purchasing from Heathcotes as I have not seen one in Auckland but will definitely be doing some online purchases from the Te Rapa Store! Thanks again Apurva. The fisher and paykel fridge and freezer that I have bought there are still running smoothly. Delivery of products are great too for they even help to dispose of my old washing machine that I had! C.I purchased a TV from The Base branch and was very disappointed when the delivery guys ariived they walked straight in on my carpet without removing their boots or asking if it was okay. I know they are busy but I paid good money for the service and I find that quite disrespectful. Hopefully that is not normal practice.
L.Not the most friendly bunch, the ladies down in whiteware need an attitude adjustment. Anyway although this isn't the best review i must point out that there are a couple members of staff who really stand out i can't remember names but they will know who they are as will anyone else who will go into this store and receive their amazing service. Keep up the good work guys.

M.I got from there number of times. Last time I had a problem with the trumble dryer which I purchased. After two days they replaced it with a new one. Customer service were very easy and helpful.
