N.Fantastic, clean, well set up for the kids to play, seated areas to watch and grab a coffee. Must purchase socks, but these can be reused for next visit.
Limited menu for lunch options.
T.Fantastic venue. We had our daughters birthday party there. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Party food for the kids was perfect and delivered in a fun creative way. Lovely staff who were very accommodating and plenty of fun to be had in the playground. Would highly recommend. Coffee was pretty good too.
K.My kids LOVED the atmosphere here. Very safe environment for the kids. Huge cosey area for the adults and welcoming playground to recall the children when it's time to go. Staff are friendly and trained to deal with all ages of kids. Will definitely be back!
L.Very kind, empathetic staff today. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions they had reached full capacity by the time we arrived, however two staff members came to apologize to both my toddler son and myself, this helped my son to understand the situation and was a really lovely touch. It was really appreciated and seemed very genuine. Great way to handle a not-so-ideal situation. Thanks 😊
S.Awesome place with ample activities for kids to run around and enjoy. Adults are allowed in for supervision and all equipment are adult friendly. Ideal place to run kids birthday parties.

L.Just had my son's 5th birthday at Jago. All the kids really loved the playground and it's not as noisy and confusing as Chipmunks. Also kudos to it being very clean and the staff are clean conscious. A bit pricey when it comes to food but I have to say that the customer service makes up for the price and that's important to me. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and follow up questions are asked if everything went well or if you need anything else. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to do a kids bday here, it comes with complementary socks for the kids and just a nice relaxing place for the parents despite the kids noise, you can still hear each other and have a conversation. Thank you Jago! You'll see us again soon! ❤️
N.Abosulutely the place we needed in Hamilton! our kids love it! Good to see all the gears get cleaned regularly so we feel safe to take the kids there. BTW, Food on site are nice too! keep up the good work guys!
k.Well what can I say I had a kid who ended up being sick with me and couldn't go back in to the playground so they gave us a free ticket for next time thanks heaps. The place is clean, the staff are so accommodating, good equipment for the kids. Loved our day will definitely go back.
