A.I usually don't write reviews. But The service from Key connections was exceptional. We had had the jamming lock looked at by another locksmith a few days earlier, whose fix failed within 2 days. Decided to try a different locksmith. I sent an e-mail to Key Connections at 9.30pm one night about a jammed lock (not asking for any urgency), and had a response at 6.40 the next morning. Were on site by 9.30ish, and had a close look and figured out what the actual problem was. Fixed it. lock now working better than has ever. Would highly recommend.
