E.Absolutely love this place. Manager (Rowan) is absolutely fabulous! What a breath of fresh air, affordable laser & great staff + service. The results are amazing.
R.I must say I am extremely impressed with the service and care I've received at The Base.
Laikan is a such an amazing staff member, she is understanding, caring, and goes out of her way to make people feel comfortable.
She also makes sure that people are comfortable before proceeding with laser.
Over the multiple treatments I have had, she has built a rapport that is similar to a friendship. I can't recommend her enough and I'll always go back to her when I need laser done.
S.Laser Clinics New Zealand have been absolutely incredible! I have had laser hair removal treatments with the Base (Hamilton) team for the past 11+ months, and results have been amazing! The deals are incredible and results are seen very quickly. They are extremely accommodating - as I have had to call and change my appointments/details several time. They really do have EXCELLENT customer service, high quality services, super clean and professional environment/equipment, the best prices... and overall they make your whole experience so easy, enjoyable and rewarding :) Finally, as someone who has had somewhat painful laser treatment elsewhere in the past - the Laser here at the Clinic is a breeze - no pain whatsoever and over and done with in a heartbeat :) Thankyou Team!
E.Amazing service, terrible staff at the reception when I arrived today Saturday at 2pm at Te Rapa clinic. I was 4 minutes late for my appointment, I even called to let them know and was told they could not fit me in.. mind you that all other times I was there for other appointments on time I usually have to wait. The arrogance of the lady at the desk was just unbelievable. After I complained she told me to "sit and wait, we will see you when we can". It's just a shame I didn't get her name... Charlotte was amazing though and I still live my laser treatment!
M.For my ladies who are sick of shaving, you need to invest in laser hair removal. I 100% recommend Aneeqah!! She makes you feel so comfortable during your appointment and has genuine conversation that makes you feel as if you've known her for years! If you have any ugly scarring and ingrown hairs from shaving and are embarrassed, she makes you feel like they're not even there. So ladies, if you have been thinking about laser hair but don't feel comfortable, book in with Aneeqah!!

I’ve been going to LCNZ for months now and this was the best appointment I’ve had. Would highly recommend seeing Katrina. Great service!

m.I have been turned down 3 times.
Every time they have provided me with different excuses.
“Our system is crashed” “ our colleague who made the mistake in bookings is away” “ our manager is not here”.
Even McDonald have a shift manager.
P.S: I was contacted following day by the manager who provided a positive response to my complaint and took it upon herself to personally provide the required service today along with compensation provisions of discount and products. The service she provided today was excellent and I am very happy with the result of treatment.
Q.Excellent staff and service. I am very satisfied. Actually, my wife Noor and I are very satisfied especially with our therapist Corban. We have amazing experience with her. She is absolutely wonderful therapist who knows what she is doing. She is professional in term of reception, treatment, and lovely smile. From the first time, she was helpful and has treated me friendly as a close friend rather than a customer. I never felt in pain with her. Generally, amazing service and super helpful staff specifically Corban! And the result of laser hair removal is perfect! The deals are incredible and results are seen very quickly. LHR at the Clinic is a breeze - no pain whatsoever and over and done with in a heartbeat. Never make you feel awkward in any way. Highly recommended. s.I have always been a sceptic of laser , although after my first experience at laser clinics Te Rapa with Sophie I am totally converted . Sophie thoroughly explained everything in the process ahead and completely put me at ease , aswell as not making me uncomfortable for tensing up thinking it was going to hurt (which it didn’t !). I would totally recommend Sophie as your go to for laser and skin treatments . I have been back multiple times !
C.Will definitely be recommending this to friends and family. The premises are very tidy and clean. Staff are welcoming and very knowledgeable. They seem to have been trained exceptionally well. I had a consultation and lasering done. The therapist explained what she will be doing and what the feeling is like. She explained in the consultation what products would best suit me and even had testers so I could get more of an idea. Prices are reasonable and also have amazing deals aswell. 100% would be returning!!!

A.First time ever doing Laser and was super nervous and didnt know what to expect, but goodness me, LAIKEN was soooo welcoming and super nice, i felt comfortable as! she treated me like a friend and it was so good! Fast and to the point with the treatment too!

Edit: I was pretty sceptical at first about LHR and wasn't sure whether my hair/skin colour combo would work. I've only had two treatments so far and I find that I can go weeks without seeing any hair regrowth to shave. It's honestly an amazing, painless experience and all the girls I've had have been awesome and professional.
M.I had an amazing experience with Laser Clinics. The stuff there are so nice and friendly. I've had 2 LHR treatments on my legs and I'm already seeing a great result, I don't need to shave in between treatments at all.
