S.Laurence Appliances have come through with a great outcome for us even when they’ve been under pressure due to the work load. It also doesn’t help when they are receiving the wrong parts from Fisher and Paykel to try and get customers machines fixed on a quick turn around.
Thanks Laurence Appliances for the phone call to my wife explaining everything and we can totally understand the situation your under.

K.Appliances aren't bad price wise. Prompt service for repairs. Reception staff could do with a little customer service training though but happy with business otherwise
C.There were a few problems with getting my dishwasher repaired as there was a piece of glass in the pump which was difficult to find however it was sorted and the dishwasher is now working fine.

J.I read all the reviews and decided to use them anyway. The service they provide is very good at a good rate. They do need to work on getting back to you more quickly but no where near as bad as the reviews make it sound.
