M.Bought Classic Mattress and E Comfort Tencel Pillows on 2nd May 2021. Had the pleasure of meeting Caroline at your Te Rapa, Hamilton Store. Could not have wanted for any better immediate and after-sales service. Caroline met all our expectations, went above and beyond by following up on delivery. Delivery took place as anticipated. Caroline, in a cheerful and friendly manner, provided my daughter and I with sound product advice as to the quality and comfort of the chosen items. Have only just started using the products which, to date offer the comfort and softness we were seeking. I live in Whangaparaoa on the Hibiscus Coast but would happily visit your store if in the future it becomes necessary to purchase or replace future items. I wish you all well.
