N.What a funky little spot Hamilton has tucked away down stairs, it's groovy and unique with a great selection of beer, wine and spirits and a really cool stage for live bands - get down there and check it out!!
M.Nice spot to chill in and discover a lot of artists. Concert, comedy, dance... Very active. The atmosphere is great, rock reggae funk hip-hop house you can listen any kind of music and the staff is really friendly.

R.A great place to go for Hamilton's music scene. Ivan and co work hard to bring a lot of good acts to Nivara. The beverage selection is excellent here, and the staff all very friendly. Recommend joining their mailing list for gig guides.

A.Place is nice and cozy, perhaps a little too cozy. The time I went was to see the Lonely Heartstring band and it was ridiculously warm inside. There didn't seem to be working Aircon? Had to go outside to get fresh air numerous times.
Staff were great though and other than it being so hot it was a lovely place

M.Possibly the best live music venue in the country. The bar owner and staff are absolutely incredible people. I recommend this venue to anyone with every taste.
B.nice bar, usually a live band each night, open till 3am if its busy, midnight if its not, can wear anything, no dress code really, staff are relaxed, give it a go

C.Nivara offers so many opportunities for young musicians to perform in front of a positive crowd, as well as offering simply delicious food and coffee.
Ivan also often has international acts come through the bar, and it's a wonderful space to be able to connect with those artists after a show.

S.The Nirvara lounge is a sweet little hotspot right in the heart of the city, perfect for any event and function! I have enjoyed multiole different comedy nights, burlesque shows, and the drink prices are very reasonable. Hats off to an awesome bartender and host who ties it all together!
