M.Recommended by google reviewers, visited this shop today to have the oil changed and found out that the air filter was also very dirty. The mechanics did a engine flush to make sure the old oil wouldn’t mix with the new one. Staff was efficient and helpful. Liked the service and will come back after 7,500km.

They not only change oil but do all the other lube and fuel requirements of the car as well...
I also like that all my visits are recorded and notifications are sent out to remind me when they are due ...
You can also get a print out to show new buyers that the oil etc in your car was regularly changed....

He sorted us out and gave us a wait time. Short time later, Max came into the office to show us our Air Filter and Cabin filter.. he described the benefits of replacing these and we of course got these replaced. I always go to Oilchangers to get my car serviced because they have reasonable pricing and a quick and professional staff. I also like the staff because hey are very informative about other services my vehicle may need in the future. I highly recommend them.
J.So, some.people are expecting restaurant service st a drive thru McDonald's. They probably overcharge for parts but they under charge for labour I think. If you supply your own parts there isn't much in it for them? Like taking your own burger bun to McDonald's and then wanting the burger cheaper? It's quick and convenient and thats the point of Oil Changers.
For an oil change I'd go back. They aren't a full service mechanic and we know that.

H.I thoroughly recommend oil changes to people who are due for their next oil service as they were very reliable, no appointment needed. The service only took 15minutes so it was quick and also gave feedback on what my car needed. They didn't pressure me to get the changes done then and their and were very good service overall.

I find your service very convenient, however as of late I recently had 2 of my vehicles through with rego’s J........ and H......
Both just had full engine and transmission service’s
Although your staff placed engine oil service stickers they forgot to place ‘Transmission Service stickers aswell
I managed to return to your store today to retrieve these stickers ,now I have a record of what’s being done on the car
Why this is important to me now is I am slowly getting into the business of buying and selling vehicles which will in effect supply more business for you?
What I don’t need is your new staff (Asian guy) telling me today at your store telling me they do not supply these stickers (transmission service) when in fact they do
Also need your staff to make sure they place appropriate servicing stickers where needed, as I don’t want to waist my staff’s time running around following up on your staff errors
The importance of these stickers which youd understand will give my potential buyers piece of mind when buying from me,
Please make sure your team doesn’t drop the ball next time

I asked them to grease it and they said it didn't have grease nipples. I had to go down into the pit and show them where they are and I'm a woman.
