S.Fantastic service. It was easy to see why this store had a 5 star rating from the moment I walked in the door. Brendon listened to my needs (I have a severe spine injury and waiting on fusion surgery). He asked about my sleep style which helped determine whether I would need a soft, medium, or firm mattress. Brendon then took the time to take me through the range (good - better - best). He explained how they are designed in terms of support, which was why the Ambassador was the best choice for me. The service here was so good that I didn't bother checking out the competitors as planned, I will be back within the week to buy the Ambassador Supreme!! Thank you Brendon. Fantastic service.

We weren't really sure about what sort of bed we wanted, except that it needed to be bigger than our current bed, so we needed a super king. The sales person was lovely, and very knowledgeable. His approach felt genuine, and we ended up buying a bed that day. These guys offered a good range of beds and we also loved that we are supporting a locally owned Hamilton business #shoplocal.

W.Excellent purchase experience. I bought beds for my younger daughter. I was thinking to buy a more expensive one. Staff helped to choose a better one with much lesser money. My daughter is soooooo happy with her new bed and she has much better sleep than before.
