Jacqs is very friendly, professional, trustworthy and full of really helpful information and advice from grooming through to dog behaviour and training. She is very mindful of our dog, provides grooming suggestions to suit our particular breed of dog, and produces a top-notch groom every time. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with my puppy at Smartpups. Got some great advice about some of my puppies behaviour as well as helpful grooming tips. This is our third groomer and we will definitely be regulars!

Our old border collie was in desperate need for a groom as she lives outside and has a long coat so it is always getting wet. She was pretty matted this time and can only imagine the efforts that Jacqui had to go to with her. She is old and frail, so that wouldn’t be easy either. But she come back in the most amazing condition and looked beautiful again. Thanks heaps!

Jacqui started grooming my dog in 2017. Lola never liked the groomers however Jacqs' gentle approach and caring manor has changed that. Great groomer with fantastic eye and attention to detail. Really gets to know her clients and dogs and puts their needs first. With her veterinary nursing skills she is highly qualified to look after your precious one. Would highly recommend Smartpups Dog grooming.

Jackie did a wonderful job on my boy Bertie, she was very helpful with future grooming information and he came out a very happy boy all smiley and waggy. He also looked very charming and pleased with himself. I would definitely highly recommend Jackie and Smartpups for their service, communication and results. I have been going to Jacqui for many years. She has groomed three of my dogs. They are a very nervous breed and Jacqui was really good with them. She also always did a lovely groom on them all. I highly recommend Jacqui’s services.

We’ve taken our West Highland terrier Snowy to Smartpups a couple of times now - Jacqs has done a great job of transforming her from her default grubby brown to a dazzling white, and a great trim to make her look like the proper Westie she is. Highly recommended.

Jacqui was great with my 2 dogs Oia and Zeus. Oia has a lot of skin issues and Jacqui was fabulous in how she managed to work around these and still give a beautiful cut. Zeus is quite a scaredy-cat but he was happy and bubbly when I picked him up. Couldn’t recommend Smartpups highly enough!
