Great service, friendly staff. Helped me find a handy spark plug spanner for an odd fat little plug for our mower. Great store!

I took my lawnmower in for a service. A few hours later a got a call to say the job was done. When I picked it up it looked like a new machine. I am elated with their service. Some time ago they serviced my chain saw with which they also did a brililant job. The stall are very friendly.

Joel, owner operator has been more than helpful solving a minor warranty case. He took over, repaired within shortest time, txt for ready pickup, and the whole process has been far more than only a good service, a perfect service, thanks JOEL your shop is great.

Purchased a lawn mower from the team a few months back, friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t feel pressured. Was super stoked they were willing to take the old beast off my hands and dispose of it properly. Look forward to dealing with them as I’ll service this unit more regularly.

Drove in. Drove out with a mower after fantastic service from owner giving me exactly the info I wanted on electric mower and other mowers. Told me the truth as to why he was able to offer me a particular mower at a good price and made sure it worked before putting it my car.

I have purchased a few stihl tools and they have never failed from different shops . I never write reviews I think this is my first possibly second but in this case I feel impelled to say something. I purchased a multi power head and bits from Joel at stihl shop Hamilton east branch this week and also needed freighting and unsure about spending etc . Joel was no pressure no stress just there to help. He was great to deal with and just go there for stihl best deal no pressure Thankyou Joel.

Bought this chipper, Hamilton East went out of their way, literally, to help. Having had less than optimal customer experience from similar stores I was unprepared for the 150% from Hamilton East Stihl shop,cannot find enough words for praise, Please patronise this shop they are superb.

The guys held the shop open for a couple of minutes longer so i could pick up a spark plug for my old mower tonight (last ditch effort to get it running!).... it actually got the old girl going too! Maybe i won't wait another 17 years before changing this new plug again! Thanks, I'll be back soon for a new mower, at least I've got a machine to use for now!

Great place to get a commercial quality wet and dry vacuum cleaner too. One that doubles as a leaf blower and has a purge button to free up the dust in the paper pleated filter unit in the vacuum cleaner. Easy to find and great parking.

Just went today to visit to query regarding service to my old chainsaw. Very patient,courteous and helpful staff.Tim I think is the name. I’ll come here soon to shop. Very recommendable shop.

If you are interested in Robotic mowers see Joel and his team. We have just had Joel and his team install an I-Mow at home and we are impressed with the level of service we received. Joel is an expert in all mowing options and when it comes to installation you need good advice and a good team. Stihl Shop Hamilton East installed it in a day and they backed up their expertise by promising to return if there are any problems - so far no issues. The Stihl I-Mow is a great option for lifestyle and residential sections.

Joel and the team now there way around outdoor machinery weather its buying new or maintaining our gear STIHL SHOP Hamilton East are great.

Quite busy when we went to purchase a new chainsaw - staff a tad overwhelmed with 5 customers at once (on a Saturday). Room for improvement. Product as expected.
