By far the best subway out there! When I order online they write nice messages on the bag and always make their subs with the most care! Never disappointed 😁

The guy on needs to know how to wear a mask properly!!! It's not worn under your nose!

This tends to be one of the better Subway franchises within hamilton. 4/5 stars.

I'm a regular here as it's near my work. The place is clean and tidy and the service is always good. However, my only fault with the place is that the subway staff never put on enough salad toppings on. When you've paid a lot for a sandwich, you don't want a light sprinkle and a half empty sub. It's also a pain when online orders get bumped in front of you, when you have already been in the cue for some time.

I ordered through uber. The three peper chicken salad had too much sauce. It was more.or less unhealthy. The meatballs pot was great

I have been to this Subway many times. Ordering through the mobile application and paying online is flawless. When going through without ordering in advance, you can expect fast service and good quality food. The staff are usually pretty nice.

Friendly helpful staff that are happy to build my sandwich abominations, and even know which cheese 🧀 I want when I ask for "the nice one". Store is always very tidy and clean, and not too busy outside rush hour times, despite being so close to uni and all the associated students.

I don't go to Subway much so I didn't really know what to get. The server girl was patient and kind enough to make suggestions for me. In the end, it was a pretty good sandwich.

I regularly buy food here. The staff a very friendly and helpful. Consistently good quality food. The restaurant is always nice and clean. Highly recommended

Always greeted by a happy team always fresh, sometimes some of the staff can be a bit skimpy on the fillings but hey guess im not the only one watching my waistline :P

The Hillcrest Subway didn't allow us a refill on the drink - sadly. The other stores do! Guess I won't be going back there!

The guy that served me today afternoon (approx 3pm) had an Excellent, very polite & respectful customer service. Very friendly, neat & listens very careful to your choices. I would always recommend this sub service.
