My family literally grew up with Tisco over the years. Whenever there was a problem, our first call was to "the Tisco man! I'm happy to say after thirty plus years, you still receive the same care and customer service that was happening then. The person I spoke to on the phone arranged a call out and the technician was able to do an easy fix. Highly recommended and great to see a local business still going strong. Thank you for your help. :)

Awesome work repairing my surround sound system Quite fast.

Took an amplifier in to be fixed and took a whole month to get back to me, unaware they were moving premises in the meantime, even went to pick up from old address not realising until i saw sign on the door saying so. Not best communication but i did get my amp back in good working order so happy about that at the end of the day :)

They fix things that are broken. My LG tv was broken, now it's not 😁 It was under warranty, so can't comment on cost. There communication on the job needs improvement, which is why 4 stars.

I thought their service was fantastic. I developed a fault in my Sony Bravia 49" UHD TV and it was outside the warranty period. Could either drop by the TV for free or pay $85 to disconnect take and put back. TV's have a lot of connections these days as the centre of our media devices. Disconnecting and reconnecting can be a real pain regardless of the size of the TV and potential damage. Was lucky Sony picked up the cost of the repair. All in all was really happy. Thank you Tisco.

I'm very impressed with the service I got. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. I forgot to remove the wall bracket from the broken TV and someone returned it to my address in person!
