I had a total hair makeover, transforming greying tired locks, into a really lovely and flattering new look. Natural looking for my 50 years and easy-care. I expected top quality, as I did my research, and was not disappointed. What was especially notable, was the warm and welcoming reception from my stylist, Stacey; the whole consultation process where she actually heard me and offered her tautoko. I appreciated her easy and self-assured manner; and the great communication. Experienced yet down to earth. I was also grateful for the Delta level 2 practice in the salon; staff adhering to restrictions and protocol; and everyone wearing masks. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience - highly recommend.

I was waiting for my daughter and granddaughter. Was served a complimentary drink and fudge and I didn't have an appointment. They did a great job on their bayalage that I'm going there for one. Awesome staff and service.

I enjoyed the customer service experience of this place, I'd gotten my hair cut about 4 weeks ago and I've been waiting for it grow out a little. I went in with thick hair that needed a little TLC and came out feeling dissatisfied with my hair. Its cut really short in some parts and overall it looked crooked I've kept my hair in a struggle bun the entire time. 4weeks later its looking a little less shocking. I'm booked in for another cut I'm not sure if I'll take it.

I went in and straight away i felt totally welcomed and offered with beverage and chocolates which i must say were very yum. Vianca was my stylist i had very long hair and damaged ends and just wanted a real natural haircut with long layers something to make my hair manageable and vianca did exactly what i asked i was very impressed at the end she was very knowledgeable and knows what shes doing. I highly recommend her. The only thing i didnt like was how rushed it was i felt like she was rushing but apart from that very happy customer definitely going back in future

Seamus is amazing! He’s nailed exactly what I described for my hair colour and I get comments on my hair now bonus! I can’t say getting my hair done is top of the list for me personally but he makes it an enjoyable experience. You’ve got yourself a long term customer! See you next month!

Great experience with Vivo hair stylist today. My wife had a keratine smoothening treatment. The final output of hair is splendid. Her look is completely changed. Hair stylist are really experienced professional. Highly recommend for any one. And it's value for money. Quick tip is better to use their products to maintain the look.
