A.I had a larger storage unit here for almost 2 years. The customer service is great and moving in was so easy. I was always really well informed when anything was going on weather it was construction or covid restrictions. I felt like my belongings were very safe here and loved having my own personal pin for entrance. I will definitely go back to waikato storage if I ever need to store again :)
b.Craig is easy to get on with. the facilities are top notch and reasonably priced, had no problems with the storing of my mustang and tools. definately recommend. only reason moved out was i bought a house with double garaging. Bruce
J.Both the facilities and the service provided by Craig were absolutely fantastic. I had items in storage at with Craig for about 9 months and always had great communication, and the facilities were spotless. When i no longer needed a large unit Craig arranged a swap to a smaller unit and credited storage fees paid in advance - something i didn’t ask for or expect.
Can’t recommend highly enough.
M.Waikato storage is a very safe and secure facility, Craig is wonderful to deal with, very friendly right from first contact, met him when we were moving in, and he was more than helpful, the units are very new , well kept and tidy, we did not have an inch of trouble whilst with Waikato Storage, would happily recommend, and use again if and when needed. S.We rented one of the larger units around 6m x 3m. Due to height and accessibility we were able to store more in there than a 20 foot container hassle free (4 Bedroom house stored successfully in unit). Would recommend storage facility to anyone, Craig was very easy to deal with and kept us up to date throughout the challenging lockdown period.

R.What a great storage for all my furniture, had to stay longer than I thought and Craig the owner was so helpful looked after the lock after it had rained. Would recommend to anyone who needs a storage place. The monthly payment also so good.

The facility itself was great! Modern, very clean and well presented. Very secure - I never worried that my worldly possessions would get stolen or damaged etc.
I loved that trollies were available to move stuff from the trailer to the unit. Made everything a lot easier!
Also this is the only place that I found that allowed you to pay weekly or fortnightly instead of only monthly, which was super handy too.
Would definitely recommend. Hopefully I don't have to move again any time soon, but if I did, I would use Waikato Storage again for sure.

Waikato storage facilitated this for me. Moving into Waikato storage was easy, and the location is very secure. Prices are also very competitive. I would highly recommend them. They also sell locks if you happen to forget yours on the day :)
